National Park of the Tuscan Emilian competition Menu Km Zero
In the second edition of the contest menu at this year starring Zero km 24 restaurants of the Park.
From October 3 to November 15 you can taste and then vote on the proposed menus from restaurants in the race on Saturday evening and Sunday lunch.
The ratings that define the three winners will be effected through a public vote on the website of the Park .
The project aims to bring together producers and consumers, restore and enhance the valuable agri-food and local cuisine, catering operations in promoting the development of agri-food land.

The initiative is part of the Fall of the Apennines, a set of initiatives that revolves around chestnuts, mushrooms, autumn colors, parties and student accommodation, is organized in cooperation with the federations Coldiretti of Lucca, Massa Carrara, Parma and Reggio Emilia.
